Malmö is located in the south of Sweden, a short train ride from Copenhagen Airport. The city was founded at the end of the 13th century, and still has many buildings from this era. It has a rich cultural scene, with museums, theatres, and now also a university.

Today, Malmö is most famous for football player Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who was born and raised in the city, as well as Turning Torso, the twisted skyscraper. The rock band The Cardigans started their career in the city.
